Who We Are
Paper Airplane, from Rockford, Illinois, is the acoustic guitar and vocal duo of Noel and Amy Nickel. Paper Airplane plays atypical acoustic songs from the '60s to today, including some originals, coffeehouse style. Amy has won the Rockford Area Music Industry Award (RAMI) for favorite female vocalist four times. Noel focuses on rhythmic percussive strumming and fingerpicking styles.
